Our membership fee comes out to approximately $249 per month. This fee covers comprehensive yearly physical exams, preventative medicine counseling, 24/7 access via cell phone including holidays and weekends, unlimited office visits and much more.
The yearly membership is not covered by your insurance plans. It is important to continue with your current health insurance to recieve coverage for laboratory testing, radiology studies, hospitalization etc.
You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel within the first three month a full refund will be available.
